The Team
Operators, researchers, and builders.
Not theorists.
Seampoint's partners have built and scaled technology companies, trained corporate leaders in AI fluency, and designed AI workflows across industries. They came to the same conclusion independently: the hard problem isn't the AI, it's designing what crosses the boundary and what doesn't.
Jeff Whatcott
Jeff has spent his career building and scaling technology companies. He has held C-level roles at Adobe, Brightcove, Acquia, and Onshape, and co-founded Outlearn, a venture-backed learning platform acquired by Qwiklabs (later acquired by Google). As an executive coach and advisor, he has worked with startups, growth-stage companies, and public companies on strategy and go-to-market. He holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Alan Berrey
Alan is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led multiple companies in technology and mobile. He has spent decades studying how experts develop and how organizations can create more of them, work that produced his book Beyond Expertise. Today he trains corporate leaders and AI implementers, helping them move from tool proficiency to strategic fluency. Before his business career, Alan served as a Communications Sergeant in the U.S. Army Airborne Ranger Regiment. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
Tim Robinson
Tim is a writer, editor, and communications strategist. As an editor at Random House, he led new media initiatives.
